What do you expect from a subsidiary of a European conglomerate. Walgreens is no longer an American homegrown company. It's a "global" juggernaut that can't get out of it's own way.
And, if they do come up with a new plan, who or what's going to stop them from not honoring it again?
Their spoken and written words mean absolutely nothing. They break their policies daily.
