You can tell it dept is going downhill because apps don't work right, most times wire is down and you cannot easily search and find anything on the wire anymore. You click on new obw and it shows links but the links are broken. Record retention isn't up to date and you try to find label from there that link doesn't exist either. Call for support and majority of the time you cannot understand the person or 4 months later they call you back to take care of what issue you put in support ticket for
