Atlanta is closing, Melville downsizing and possibly closing.
More layoffs through the week (probably to end of year here and there) with EMEA taking more hits tomorrow.
I'm told they are still looking for 75M in order to save this t–d.....highly unlikely that's going to happen.
They're laying off several people at our site in the US, and at least a couple were productive and essential. Not sure what the plan is besides finding savings to keep management's bonuses intact.

200+ people informed their job is "at risk" or worse (mix between ADI and Resideo)
Some sites closing or combined with other sites, lay offs, etc etc

All for the greater good of the balance sheet, EBITDA and the shareholder value.
I'm afraid in the end a hollow shell will remain, without the potential to grow or even sustain itself , what a pity...
True statement ! Blood is in the water ! Time for bigger and better things than what is happening at RESIDEO ...............time is NOT on your side. Talent has been leaving for months now. Good people that can no longer deal with the day to day C-apATHON of C-ap !!
