Just talked to a close HR source who has unfortunately told me there will be notices given our starting monday. Tenure is NOT a factor for all those wondering. Notices will be sent based on route productivity. Be prepared for a**hole RSR’s to be sending ridiculous amounts of product to boost their commission.

I knew things were going downhill when the turnover was high and they started hiring these double digit IQ dummies.
i heard no 60 days until july also heard quite a few accounts told nestle to shove it they were not interested. ice cream will be sold maybe pieced off . pizza will be sold. hell they both probably already are. nestle had to get rid of the assets like people and trucks and warehouing to sell the two . there has been a plan in place for a long time. companies just dont do willy nilly things without backup plans. and your right commission is a joke part of the reason nestle wasnt profitable. the rsr figured out in a hurry that working harder wasnt worth the effort. keep it simple stupid. kiss thats what i do now. still think we will be around until nov or dec. dpending on locations
Commission is a joke. Nobody gonna slam their stores for such a small bump.
