Hahahaha, good luck with that! Get ready Because CVS does not have any fs hours, many times you the store manager are the only employee on duty with NO cashier. Slow stores are by their self up to 7 hours a day. And while being the only one on duty you get to do price changes, planograms, outdates, quick pic and many other required and monitored duties. Again hahahaha, I am always in awe when I go into Wags and ever time I look another employee appears out of nowhere!

Wow, what is your location? Pretty much my entire District, the store managers did not even get raises this year as we were told the lowered the redline which btw is 20,000 less then you started at. Something is fishy
Well I have been here with cvs for about 3 weeks now, let me tell you what.
Its not a dream job, but it beats Walgreens. Our DM lets us run our stores the way we see fit as long as we stay under payroll budget, yes payroll is lean. Every convenience retail such as cvs rite aid walgreens, will be at this labor model sooner then later. If you think Walgreens isn’t eyeing labor cuts in stores, you are sorely mistaken, soon enough Walgreens will have one manager one clerk on duty.
Overall cvs is displaying major growth and solidify their position in the market for good. Im working 45 hours a week and not an hour more, my DM told all of us not to work more then our scheduled 45. Easy systems to use, generally well rounded staff. Some k--ler efficient managers showing me the ways to do it. The pay is better also, 85k plus bonus if metrics are hit. Overall feel pretty comfortable, nice leaving after 9 hour day. Cvs is opening stores faster than closing. After the Aetna deal closes the money will be flowing. Just my opinion but it says alot when a majority of managers have been there 20+ years.
Probably best to get into a real career, just sayin... CVS is finally sending my location self checkout after cutting down so many hours....
