Absolutely worth it for the EC. Wouldn’t you sell the company for $300,000,000 in severance pay too? They don’t know how to run an O&G company. Look at the quality of leadership the CEO’s run off or fired...RDL,CAM,RPD,JJK,BJH,DEH. They know how to find and produce O&G. We win IR team of the year awards. That’s like winning the putting lipstick and pearls on your pig contest.

Wow, RAW did a great job to maximize “cough” shareholder value. I guess it made it easier for him to choose the Oxy deal since they offered him more money for his payout, I mean more for share holders.

It will be interesting to see if COC actually makes it to all the employees or they find a way to circumvent it.
would you expect APC employees to list on their resume that they were card carrying members of the APC Book Club? Would that make their resumes stand out whilst they are job seeking within O&G industry?
