I was cut prior to seeing results of the employee survey but I was surprised year-over-year on how pleased people were. The scores were higher than i would anticipate. Either this was because those that were disillusioned did not submit the survey or didn't not answer honestly.
The one that stands out is regarding whether you would consider leaving for a new job.
They keep cutting back the questions. I don’t believe they care about the scores.
Our store manager has not told us about our score the only thing I heard was 3rd shift was bad so he had meeting with them. I wish aes would let us grade each member of management vs ur direct supervisor which is not always salary management.
Nobody grades those accurately that I know. Everyone is too afraid that they are not anonymous and giving the bosses a reason to lay them off to say anything.
I also heard that Walmart now has technology to listen to its employees in the stores and in the offices. No idea if that’s true but be careful what you say at work.
They’ve cut the questions way back so that helps inflate the scores.
I was under the impression the survey being referred to was one on this site not the pathetic one we did @ work so excuse me all to hell!
The AES is a joke. Just a few softball questions that are never addressed at company or store level. The first one of the year is just Walmart going through the motions, trying to get associates "involved". I'm surprised that the company wastes their money on a second one. Without a comment box, this type of survey is a waste.
It's the aes and when it available again which may be in Oct it is on front page of wire.
If you are a long termer, you know what it is about. If you were termed, move on with your life.
I am fairly new to this site, how do I access this survey. If run again with all that is happening I'm sure the results will not be as favorable. This is coming from a long timer hanging on by a thread, trying to get to retirement.
