I know it was posted a while ago, but where did you see pay scales? We have never seen pay tables for any positions. Would be very interesting.
So your only getting the cost of living raise and that’s it? How the heck are you supposed to live of that in NJ? Altice is such a sh!t company! All the managers and supervisors that said not to go union all left for spectrum! ATS SUC!KS!!
So funny, so you guys got the same exact stuff you had but now you pay union dues?
Yeah it's called a successor clause. If the company is sold, the buyers have to honor the existing employees.
Remember once you got a bbt 3 which is like 23 an hour which is bullshiy cause a grade 15 started at 29.15 an hour . So after you hit your bbt 3 it’s all yearly raises which usually are 1$ so that 2.25 doesn’t sound so bad to me
Dude 4 % is a high and at 40 an hour the difference in a 2.25 to a 4 which is almost unobtainable ( remember who you work for) unless kissing a$$ is a whopping 90cents to 1.60 so 70 cents difference . Really that’s not good ?
Left the company making $35 an hour for a job making $23. I’ll max out in 4yrs making $45. Many perks in between with 6-12hrs ot a week I’m making $200-$300 a week more money. Opportunities are out there you just have to look.
2.25 percent? That’s good? If you’re a new hire over 30 years you’ll only make it to 31 an hour. If you’ve been here for a little you may be able to get up there in pay but anyone that’s making less than 25 an hour will almost never see above 40 an hour. I really don’t think you should be calling that pretty good
That’s good I know Newark got a pretty good contract . No metrics 2.25 % raise across the board for techs . That way no kissing A$$ getting you anywhere
