This was announced a few months ago. ADP is focusing on the dinosaurs like itself. If you aren't designated to specifically support these clients, be prepared to be escorted out of the building some day soon.

Top 200 what? Worldwide? US? Per region? Per office? Per team? ADP has countless ways of defining Top 200. I am curious though, how long ADP can sustain the Account Manager concept of assigned representation that they have taken down way beyond the "Top" clients? I always got the impression these middle sized clients just wanted someone to answer their call quickly and most had no request for a direct assignment.
so the other 499,700 clients won't be serviced?

I do not think this is accurate at all. ADP is very much focused on driving new share clients referred to as "new logos". This spans across all of the business units.
This sounds ridiculous even for ADP. I’m not buying it.
