Thread regarding MetricStream, Inc layoffs

I think company almost covered 70% employees with manager or director or VP title. In next two years we may see 90% of MetricStream employees will be managers. Imagine the remaining 30% of non manager employees, every two managers have one technical resource now and as usual once people got the manager tag they stop doing technical work.
