It’s a vicious cycle. It starts at the bottom and works it way to the top. Merchandisers are doing part of the Sales reps work because they are overwhelmed. They have to place large orders that aren’t really need and just clog up store freezers. This is done to please the DSL. The DSL demands delusional numbers from their reps in order to please the ASL and of course, to get their bonus check. The ASL has to please their boss and so on... In the end, the stockholders and big wigs are enjoying their easy money, while we do all the grunt work. It’s a shame! Big business is designed for the elite. Modern day paid slavery

Lol I’m a merchandiser and I will not be picking up slack or working through BS orders. Bare minimum work for each store. If reps want to punk these stores they will have to work for it
