Perhaps Larry is trying hard to break it up and sell it off, and thus no need for a CEO?

There is no legitimate on paper entity for Steve to have an official CEO of. Power Digital and Digital Core are virtual P&Ls in the process of vaporization. Once all is completed the future Newco will have a real name, structure as a holding company of GE. And no its probably not really a priority of Larry’s at the moment unless GE corporate gets desperate for cash to fix power and capital.
Find out when the lease expires and you will know timing of spinout. What remains will be created into a new company but the number of employees will be no more than 400. Basically another startup. Good Luck.
