Crying To The Very End

Many of the reps and merch that I've worked with for years are really good people and decent workers, but the F'ING crybabies are going to whine until the very last second. A small part of me wishes they would have just given us a 30 day notice on May 7th, just to not hear these guys act like toddlers. We have one guy that says he has other offers (just bluffing), our DSL told him he should take it immediately. Lol. My last paycheck was a full paycheck like all the rest. I plan to keep trucking along until things change. I wish everyone would just be professional adults. Either work with effort or just leave. Some of these guys want to stay with the company if future opportunities come up, but the DSL/ASL probably won't recommend 20% of these guys.

It’s a vicious cycle. It starts at the bottom and works it way to the top. Merchandisers are doing part of the Sales reps work because they are overwhelmed. They have to place large orders that aren’t really need and just clog up store freezers. This is done to please the DSL. The DSL demands delusional numbers from their reps in order to please the ASL and of course, to get their bonus check. The ASL has to please their boss and so on... In the end, the stockholders and big wigs are enjoying their easy money, while we do all the grunt work. It’s a shame! Big business is designed for the elite. Modern day paid slavery

Speaking on behalf on all merchandisers.. why the f--- should we have to put more effort so the reps can get a bigger payday in the end. You guys are writing c---amamie orders and I’m done doing more than the basic MINIMUM. You wanna get paid.. you do the work. Most you reps write orders from your damn house anyway
