Logistically, it takes 2-3 well seasoned associates to keep a store going. You people that have done every single job that there is to do in the store. It took you 20 years to get you where you are now. Face the fact that you are going to be cheated out of your severance.
Trust me that they will lie to you just to use you for now. Then they will discard you like a piece of garbage when you have served your purpose.
I know it is hard if you are older or a 20 year associate, but they cannot tun this ship without you! The end is near anyway, so get up and go if you can possibly do so. God Bless you in your future endeavors!
