Investors who bought inflated shares mainly oligarks and shieks who deals with fraud using pipes not classy action
Fraud is a crime. Misleading investors is actionable too. Being incompetent is no defense. A case against the management would be an opportunity to hold them to account for their actions. If they've done nothing wrong, they've nothing to fear.

As for the journalists, my two cents, the rule doesn’t apply to them, as their info can be confirmed easily.
Doubtful it was the email. The british journalists who wrote stories about faiman’s frauds and betrayals posted with emails and phone numbers
