Time to decry $ADP... Poor whistleblower (who exposed @ADP to @NewYork_SEC & @FINRA) sued for the 3rd time by these jackals! Latest case is a cease and desist letter that his http://ADPfraud.com website has too much truthful information regarding their crimes. Grow up, $ADP!

Anyone that is still working at ADP is fooling themselves. Carlos and his band of thieves have totally corrupted the culture of ADP and it is easy to see the hand writing on the wall where this is all headed!
The way ADP is trying to maximize the amount "floating" could be crossing some legal and ethical boundaries. I'll be watching to see how this unfolds.
ADP never made an attempt to hide that we made money on the float from taxes / ADPChecks. That is just good business sense. The bogus soc security numbers mentioned in ADPfraud is another story.
Impound Federal, State and Local Taxes with every payroll processing, even though the Tax filing frequency differs only to sit on the funds, thus benefiting from the float and charge a fee for it too!
ADP has already had one CEO arrested and jailed for domestic violence and aggravated assault. Carlos has done far worse.

Very disturbing news. But not surprising for many current and former employees. It is starting to look that ADP is going to be toast sooner rather than later.
Oh yes! There is more coming! I work with several long term employees who have decided they've had enough and put in their notice. The instability of our workforce is unprecedented. The lack of communication is a classic example of the employee departures. This is a very bleak situation...sounds Nero is fiddling! lol
There was most definitely age discrimination!! I don't care what ADP say or how they try tto cover it up, it was flat out age discrimination!
Once upon a time it was a great company to work for but then they just kept merging and merging. They just could leave well enough alone. Employees AND clients were happy!
They have destroyed a lot of families because of their greed!
Yep, I agree. ADP has undergone systematic and intentional layoffs soley based on age and the desire to falsely bolster the stock price. Hope it quickly catches up to the deceitful management there! ADP is a mess and has created a terrible environment for employees and clients alike.
