How long does everyone who truthfully knows how A&E Factory Service operates, thinks it will be before it shuts down nationwide as a whole? I just left, and man it feels great so far! The way management and upper management treats the techs who do great things for sears is just shocking. The ones who don't know there rear end from there front are treated nicely lol. Makes perfect sense right? I hope that with all the customer lawsuits against Sears, they will just be forced to shut down. There already having to third party the work out to local companies because most people are tired of Sears BS and refuse their services, and state they want a different service provider. Any techs on here can clearly see the call volumes not picking up like they should be moving into the summer months. It shouldn't be long, and I do make sure I educate people on what could and most likely will happen if they decide to use sears for appliance repair services. They'll probably be without the appliance for 60 plus days or worse, and maybe never get it fixed just broken more, or their house destroyed in the process.

Our unit become playground of nobody's in management. I am just happy to be out of there. Yes, I am layed off. But, I am recovering of horror in last couple of months and happy to regain my mental ability. Good luck for those who are staying to the very end. same thing happen in Circuit City years ago. Same pattern.
Yes STAC is finished as well, with new tech hub app, there is no need for any further assistance when all stac does is look at the same material that the techs now have available as well. Waste of money to pay stac employee anymore.
Apparently the sales call center is having major problems and workers who were making decent money until corporate got greedy are all going to walkout
Has there been any word of what is happening with STAC ?
Blue Crew was my go to for all my stuff. God Bless you good guys out there. It really s---s to work for a management team that is getting bonuses for k--ling what was once the best field repair team in America.
