Good for them for only seeking reinstatement with back pay. Really adds merit to their case instead of suing for defamation and millions.
Red light cameras generate huge revenue for the cities. I'm not surprised that immoral city leaders would (allegedly) break the law to keep a low cost incumbant in place. Especially one that has a long history of sloppy work that benefits the city. Invalid tickets issued? Only a problem if the driver goes through the work of suing. Most just pay the fine.
Holy c-ap! The lawsuits that are piling up! This is just beyond a “bad company.” The executives obviously are not qualified to run this company.
