About 50 of us were let go recently in the company (about 10%). it was positioned as an early retirment but many of us were told that if we don't accept this agrement we would be managed out. The company overhired and poorly executed. Sales are on the decline and there's no strategy. i support companies taking cost ouf that they can't support but these issues startat the top and yet the same people are still in charge. Go figure.

50 more people were let go a two weeks ago (this time they didn't play the "early retirement" game. That's 100 people let go in the past 5 months plus a number of really good people who left on their own. The management put in place a couple years ago has continued to make poor decisions and as a result we are losing customers and not getting enough new ones. I've been here for many years and unforutnately do not see arrogance or decision making changing anytime soon. Time to put my head up.
Heard today more layoffs, :(
