How's that working out? CAP + Cashier = CAPshier.. How many CAP/FAP associates have quit or are going to?

My store calls code spark everytime theres a few people in each of the 2 or 3 registers open. Don't hire more cashiers, make cap 2 do more work & complain OUR jobs aren't done. I didn't apply for cashier or bagging and wasn't HIRED to be either. I've been hired by another company already, leaving in a couple months. People are leaving here faster than they can rehire.
They will eventually replace all with robots
Code Spark off and on all day today. Freight still in receiving and returns still at the service desk. Customers needing help in different departments and everyone at the checkouts. It was a really great day. I had fun bagging and didn't worry about the freight, price changes, modular or zoning. Hope Code Spark lasts a really long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Why code spark when u don't schedule cashiers and u only have a few registers that aren't self checkout?
Not Cap, but is home office TRYING to increase turnover?
