Just check the human resources website they have to update the policy if it's changed when they changed it from two weeks to one week they updated the policy on the HR website so if they've reduced it to no severance they should have changed it or posted it

FWIW, the severance policy (or at least the only one I could find) posted to AS Community states 1 week base pay x # years worked. It was apparently updated in April of 2014, so way before SL's time if this is still accurate.

Sadly, 100% the SL received the stay bonus... back to my earlier post... this was a planned destruction...

Also the HR handbook never said 2 weeks . 2 weeks was given out as a courtesy

It was a total shock to the first round of people who were screwed that January 2 or so years ago when they only received 1 instead of 2

Word on the street was that AD was the asshat who made that change
