Aerotek sets us up for failure! Our goals and deadlines can be impossible at times - and if we can't do it, of course it's our fault!!! Our managers never have our back - unless there is something in it for them. And if they can take credit for our work, they will do it without a second thought. Shameful!!!
So we end up working very late hours for what??? Yes, the pay is good, but the humiliation and stress of impossible goals are turning out to be too much for many people - so many of may friends are throwing in the towel.
I personally wouldn't mind putting in the extra hours if my hard was ever acknowledged...
