They wont all go at once. Our commission will drop, our overtime will disappear ( hard to work 50 hrs when half your stores are gone.)Heard they have a rule saying if your sales drop below 85% for 4 straight weeks you get bumped up to 85% pay. Doesnt include lost OT. Keep in mind that will affect your retention bonus, and your weekly pay why you wait for that big carrot hanging out there. Could go on like that for a month or two or longer. Just something to consider when you think that package is so great. Also heard they could pay us our personal rate during that time, do you really think they would pay full pay when doing half sales and hours? All I hear from up top is we dont know.
