Any ideas on how we get paid when stores start dropping off?

They wont all go at once. Our commission will drop, our overtime will disappear ( hard to work 50 hrs when half your stores are gone.)Heard they have a rule saying if your sales drop below 85% for 4 straight weeks you get bumped up to 85% pay. Doesnt include lost OT. Keep in mind that will affect your retention bonus, and your weekly pay why you wait for that big carrot hanging out there. Could go on like that for a month or two or longer. Just something to consider when you think that package is so great. Also heard they could pay us our personal rate during that time, do you really think they would pay full pay when doing half sales and hours? All I hear from up top is we dont know. ( Or dont care to let you know so you dont leave)

Lucky you get paid what you do to do practically nothing. Go to a few stores. Have your merchandisers do some of the order writing.. and clock out after 12 hours. I would gladly do the same job for less

also heard route average when stores start dropping i would assume a reroute of some kind and lowest man goes probably will ask for volunteers also. dont think they could cut a higher tenored person before a lower one. but it is nestle just think that would cause a legal issue somehow.

We were told that we would have a reroute once stores start dropping off or whenever pizza leaves or when we just do ice cream. We were also told that they plan on paying us whatever our route target is during that time but don’t know if it’s going to be salary a bump in commission pay or exactly how they’re going to do it.
