I imagine a lot of people that are looking for jobs or are interested in taking jobs at certain companies scan this site for info, so let me give them a piece of advice. I’ve been working for Aerotek a little longer than 6 years and none of the people from my team ,back when I started are no longer there. They all went for jobs at other companies after a while.
I, on the other hand delayed and I have to say it was a big mistake. The job looked dynamic but after a while you realise that dynamic basically means to be overworked and underpaid with little chance to progress in your career. I’ve come to the point where I can’t take 12 hour working days and often weekends anymore. One can work at this tempo only for so long. To summarize, Aerotek is a good company for youngsters to learn about the business very fast, but is not a place to build your career in.So, newcomers, be careful
