The reason is HR:
HR believe that 2/6 weeks like in US are ok...
Than discover that in EMEA you need min 12 month.
They should stop to buy HR and invest in answer as well 🙃

In Belgium I got 36 months . In Dec 2018
In USA, I got 2 months package after 14 years.
