No, you will start getting those right away like a normal paycheck.
my question was when we get the retention .. 65 days I guess... now I’m asking when do we start getting the severance checks ? Have to wait 65 days for those to start coming in too?
Severance is paid out every week or every other week just like a paycheck. So you’ll continue to get severance and cobra checks for how ever many weeks you are eligible and a lump sum retention bonus in 65 days.

You get your retention bonus 65 days after your last day.
