Noticed that intc is still down. Would it make sense for them to get back into the game now? What other companies would benefit?

Samsung, HiSilicon, and Mediatek all make modems and would benefit having an exhaustive license so they can freely sell their chips to 3rd parties without fear of being said by Q. Intel, TI, and Broadcom might revive their modem business if Q’s anticompetitive behavior is stopped.
They do not want to be in any market where there is not 60% margin, like computers.
