Does anyone know who/where to contact for employment verification checks? I received a new job offer but they need to verify my previous employers... since argosy no longer exists, does anyone know who I need to direct them to? Thanks.

Everyone should know that The Work Number is owned by Equifax, and knows how much money you make down to the penny
I was in the wave that got laid off last summer. They wouldn't even write a letter of recommendation. My supervisor had been instructed not to write any letters. After 16 years of exemplary service they won't write letter. But I've move on. Can't you tell? :-)
Most companies will accept a W2 as proof of employment as well.
