There is way too much change happening at WTW right now - always within a change programme somewhere... The company is paying too much attention to cost cutting in the central functions leads to the loss of key personnel... There are multiple rounds of redundancy programmes - this results in losing people with experience, but them bringing them back in on contracts less than a year later... Oh, WTW...
