To those still experiencing overwork and stress...LEAVE!!!! I was with IBM and Lenovo in RTP, I saw so many long-time employees feel like they had no choice but to put up with the BS. I understand it's intimidating, and age-ism is prevalent in tech, but there are better jobs out there.
