Ady idea what the leadership is planning on doing next, after this whole thing with the FTC turned out the way it did. What could be the next step and are mass layoffs on the table at this point?

Qualcomm is at the same evil level as Huawei w.r.t. commercial decency like bribery and theft. They all have been engaging to edge other competitors out of the race in a unfair way to monopoly the industry. They all abuse their employees in a crazy way by exploiting them. They both are being stranded in the hall of shame. They are responsible for their misconducts.
This is the way qcom did business from the beginning & it’s the company’s strategy to maintain sustainability, invest on newer technologies...
At least It’s not Unethical/ stealing innovation, like Huawei...
How about the top execs and lawyers read up on that "company code of ethics" they ask us abide by and actually abide by it THEMSELVES. I read Judge Koh's entire judgement. I'm ashamed to work for these snakes. I'm outta here before the year is done.
You are right that karma is a b--ch. They did layoffs last year one week before RSU Vesting. Inhumane
The show must go on.
I would like to tell one thing to upper management.
Karma is a b--ch.
You guys won a huge settlement with Apple and did not even care to distribute bonus with engineers. And you also did not increase salary.
Remember that God exists and karma is a b--ch.
Treat employees well. There is enough money for everyone. Take this as a lesson. If you win FTC case after appeals then share your profits with engineers as well and not just with top management. Otherwise trust me that something else bad will happen. Life wont give many chances
