No trace of layoff - atos on hiring spree

Atos is using the "Bench" policy. If you look within the company for 6-weeks and find nothing, then you might get severance. Otherwise, no severance. If you don't document every email, contact, form, etc., then they still try to escape severance. ChickenSh.. company. Worse than American companies.
They are laying off today.....
Haven't heard any firing or lay offs. People just spend all day on social media when working. Easy company to work for no background checks. Can get hired just from computer. No d--g test. Love this job!
they are getting rid of people but under the radar through confidentiality agreements.
Hiring before layoff is normal practice
