Found out the eCommerce office in Tampa, FL was dismantled and all agents are now part of the call center. Agents who haven't been on phones in over 10 years now having to take customer calls.
Wonder how many will leave.

Agreed. When making over $25 an hour to answer calls as well as sales bonuses, why would they leave. Can't get that anywhere else.
Zero will leave. They are lifers. That’s where reps go to die.
