Well, this deal has blown up already. Faiman being charged with corporate espionage and conspiracy. Joint venture dissolved. Unbelievable that Waitrose would turn its digital future over to this guy.

At least it has forced a dramatic rethink and restructuring of the JLP businesses. Hopefully they get it right this time, so we don't suffer more layoffs.
Check out TheLayoff posts for this Neos company. Sounds like they suffered alot. Hopefully an IT consultancy can’t do too much damage.
