"Hatchet-Man" lives in his own egocentric world where he is the brain, savior of the company, and father figure to us all. His rambling Huddles make me sick. I will give him credit however. At least we hear from him. It might be more of the same, "trust me I'm great" but we hear from him. Who has heard anything from any of the Ford family leadership. They are gutless, trust-fund, babies riding this out on their yachts and partying at their estates. None of them have dared to show their face during this ordeal. They bring shame on the family name by their silence and complete lack of concern for long term employees. Hey Ford Family, at least pretend to care. "Mr. Hatchet" at least does that. It's shallow and self serving of course , but he doesn't hide while the dirty work is done.

Management can't organize in the "union" sense because they are not "employees" under the NLRA. But they should work together and try to help each other out.
Yet another Troll. They're like c---roaches on this site. Oh Mr big brain XOXOXO!
I personally think Hackett is the right man at the right time. Change isn’t easy. Look at his past company, it’s doing very well. I say give him some credit and have a little faith.

I am curious, why is Ford fixing the train station? Last summer I thought I heard it was supposed to be offices for Ford employees? I was feeling allot.of hope last year around that time for our industry, as soon as Trump opened his big yapper about the tariffs and trade everything came to a screeching halt! I believe if he would have stayed out of it all of this wouldn't be happening.
People I kno it is not easy, but if a job is causing u this much grief get out now. I Kno, I'm going through the same thing, 80 to. 110 a year gone. I guarantee you within one year you'll be back at that job and pay. It may not at ford but who cares. Save all u can and live frugal.
We'll there's that. Good point.
Well at least they are fixing the train station
