That's the point. Any awards from a lawsuit can be paid only after wages are paid first. So engaging in a lawsuit would be utterly pointless. People seem to misunderstand what a receiver IS. He is just the traffic cop who was appointed to handle the money so it gets where it needs to go, like a bankruptcy trustee. In fact, a bankruptcy is a type of receivership. He literally receives the money then disburses it to the proper parties as ordered by the judge. If he's not receiving money he doesn't disburse money, simple as that.

All of these replies are hilarious. I was terminated from the Online Division on March 9th and was never paid my final paycheck. I have filed an unpaid wage complaint with the receiver and with the Labor Boards of both Pennsylvania (since it was the Art Institute of Pittsburgh) and Arizona (DCEH). I received a call from the Arizona board that they were going forward with my claim, but that was weeks ago. I don't expect to ever see a dime of it and I hope everyone at DCEH and the dirty Dottore group rots in hell.

It's all up to the receiver. The company called Dream Center no longer exists. Even if one were to win a lawsuit, it would be lower in priority than wages, so it'd be a complete waste of time and money, so no lawyer or federal agency would take it up. The place to file a claim is with the receiver.
