I dont know about you guys, but i am going to slam them on the engagement survey. The only time that we get to voice our opinions! Make sure to use the typing part and fill that box up! My DL is going to he shocked when he sees his district results.

Corporate does not care what employees think about the company. They never have and never will.
I was told you’re supposed to, so every year I’ve done that. This year I believe I’m the only employee in my store who didn’t take it yet. 🤔

That'll show them! Also tell your mom you don't like it when people make you work to earn your paycheck. Waahh
Honestly it would speak more not to do it at all. This "voluntary" survey is just a waste of time. Let them try to force you and your store to do it and laugh in their face.
