Please explain why there are still so many bloated layers at the top? RVP, RM, DM etc are they all really needed anymore especially if we are streamlining processes?

Because they are all old men and maybe some rare women who have been around forever throwing out the same old tired ideas that dont make any difference. For example, it's going to be hot this weekend...max out your fans and AC at the front. DUH!!!!!! You make the big ridiculous waste of payroll to give this direction? No wonder we're sinking. Old men no new ideas.
