Director James M. Ringler sold 10,710 shares of the firm’s stock in a transaction dated Tuesday, February 19th. The stock was sold at an average price of $46.34, for a total transaction of $496,301.40. Following the completion of the sale, the director now directly owns 57,180 shares of the company’s stock, valued at approximately $2,649,721.20. The transaction was disclosed in a document filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission, which can be accessed through the SEC website. Also, Director Lisa R. Bacus sold 12,000 shares of the firm’s stock in a transaction dated Thursday, March 14th. The stock was sold at an average price of $48.04, for a total value of $576,480.00. Following the sale, the director now directly owns 22,486 shares of the company’s stock, valued at $1,080,227.44.

Vantage is the new way of doing things. finally TD is thinking as a single version of truth and doing all analytics in one place.

Its too bad that leadership cannot get of their asses and see what customers really want. Only thing OR cares about is ebay and his whole team is ebay.

You can have great timing if you are "in the know". Besides the social media blitz as trying to paint a pretty face on the so-called "new" Teradata, I am still hearing no new logos from my contacts!! Also, hard to read social media posts by younger, less experienced, and cheaper employees on how great the company is. Folks in the field continue to leave everyday, as customers don't want to buy anymore. Milking your customer base on moving them to Vantage (which BTW is not a new product in any way), is not a long term winning strategy, nor is abandoning many of the people that got the company to grow the first 37+ years only to see the downward spiral over the last 3.
