Can anyone confirm this? If so this company is all about synergy and sinking to all new lows. When you guys going to wake the f up and try to protect your jobs?!

Plant/construction work has been being contracted for several years. There are entire areas, albeit rural, that do not even have any in house ops.Bone up on fiber, hang w osp and learn as much as you can.Eventually that will be all that is valued in the field.
Time to activate some more Arris nodes 4200's
its amazingly how divided the work force is based on this post
Haha who cares osp wont have a job once the crp fiber is up and barley running
I hope you lazy osp are the first to go
Love field service
This place is a joke!
Why are people lying about having contractors doin osp work, most of stuff on this website are people making up stories
Please, can we have more service guys who have never done OSP work tell us how things should be?
Sometimes you gotta leave them loose so service fixes the wiring at an install they just did.
Tighten those seizure screws!
Once you work in osp you see the amount of stupidity that comes from the field. I’ve seen techs who I thought were thorough and intelligent consistently making the same mistakes. It’s a shame the company doesn’t allow service techs see how the plant works so they became even better at what they do. Field service is so over worked I can’t blame the techs but at the same time when I get calls for water in the tap and your drop has the water in it I can’t let it go. 95% of the time if not more the water is coming from a customer drop.
I bet the average OSP guy has an extra 60 IQ points too.
Don’t be jealous son...!!. you wanna take my bucket truck for a ride ..?? Learn how to fix an outage... you will be safe , like us...
I bet the average OSP tech is 60 pounds over weight
