I am in the NJ area. I am a cashier. I am a good worker at CVS and have received good reviews. Are cashiers capped at 14.00 per. hour? Does anyone know?

I am a shift rx cross train. I just got to $14. ME only got me 2.75 %
The 16.50 shift cap sure seems awfully low! That big raise we got last year pretty much put all shifts right up to the redline!
15.50-16.50 depending on market u are in
Everyone on this post remember one thing. When a Company red lines your salary, they are telling you that it is time to find a new job. I know, I was red lined 3 years ago, but because of the health care benefits, that my family needed, I did not quit.
I agree with one of the previous posts about being paid more than the minimum wage. The job is not hard and the starting pay for cashier is high. Being a "good employee" is vague. Is everyone else a bad employee in your store? What makes you better than the others?
I am a shift and would like to know what is shift cap too. I have a feeling I’m getting close, but don’t know the redline for shift supervisor.
What does a shift cap out at?
Its sad you complain so much about actually making an amount substantially higher than minimum wage. Quit and go somewhere else.
Amazon will pay you more but you will probably complain its to much work
Yes the cashier range for that area is $11-$14. You need to cross train in rx or become shift supervisor to make more per hour. Otherwise you’ll just get lump some for your next review.
Raises are the same % as last year. 2-2.5% for ME, 3-4% for EE. NI gets no raise.
