Workforce reduction at Phoenix plant 7-9-2019. 5-6 people per shift

It's just sad that the years of promising growth and expansion in the plants has never turned into anything real. It's like here we go again, another plant closure to hit our company targets.
While these posts are highly entertaining, it clearly showcases the blatant ignorance and low intelligence level of some of the people who were employed by this company. It’s embarrassing. Time to move on , place the blame where you want, but in the end, you are responsible for your own future. Educate yourself and make better life decisions. Nothing is guaranteed . The printing industry in general is a dying business, writing was on the wall . Everyone should have seen this starting with the downsize and move to the Valassis building . These were business decisions made high up in the corporate chain. Be thankful you are getting a severance because they did not have to do that in a right to work state.

Whoever is blaming Valerie for the plant closing needs to re evaluate their life. What you do with your money and what you decide to finance are your decisions. Stop buying sh– you can’t afford. Simple. Live within your means. Save money for days like this. Hope you’ve learned from this life experience. Best wishes.
So I was in the 1st good group of employees who were let go. How is a company like this choosing their people.I was even still in training and willingly learning new skills. And yet they keep the lazy, long break taking, jesus preaching employees. They can't even hit their production numbers.
NCP being sold was the nail in the coffin. Had a great 9 year run. Loved working for HC. Getting a good severance package. They did right by me.
Enjoy your newly remodeled house Valerie while the rest of us sit here without a means to pay bills or provide for our families because you ran this company into the ground.
Plant is closing by September. Valerie and the rest of senior management ran this company into the ground with their id–tic decisions.
They need to tell everyone who is left when the plant is going to close ......
