DB is the largest german bank doing business with other European banks its failing business and toxic derivatives will impact entire financial sector in europe.

It will bring down the banking system in Europe and US and has been compared to Lehman Brothers in 2008.
Yes, it will lead to the collapse of the banks in the eurozone and lead to a massive recession in europe and infecting the US banks who haven't gotten stronger since 2007.
