Yesterday our depot had our first in house meeting since the big news. That is what our dsl calls it. He pretty much informed us that the dates he got from his asl are close to November and December. No actually timeline but does think pizza will be done by the end of this month. The company knowing that the less info we know the longer we will stay. As for opt outs, if your route is lost you will have that option. So can start seeing those 60 day notices within the next couple of months. Truck sales routes will be the first to be combined and spread out towards other routes. Smith and field will be picking up all small accounts such as dollar generals and independent stores.

your husband should have gotten a severance package in mail if he didnt go to the meeting may 7 they are giving one week pay for every year there 5000 bonus if over 50 cobra for x amount of months your tenored. 40% retention pay guaranteed 6 months. he can also call hr and find out.
My husband is running two different routes, putting over 3000 miles a month a his POV. Rural Idaho and Eastern Washington. He's thinking of jumping ship. Is there any rumors as to how much severance they're going to offer? We've known since this has came out they were stringing him along. Company has hardly anyone left in this area.
Every region has diff timetables due to diff chains,
it will be all over by december possibly november 60 days will start rolling out about july 22 just an educated guess
here in mich looks like were done in november thats when nestle wants it done. feel like they are holding some of the customers hostage on the timetable. the packages i was told will arrive about 2 weeks after 60 day notice to ensure timely payouts. we had a few reps opt out in past re routes and it took over two months to receive the first severance check. so i would expect anything. but nestle wants to stay away from lawsuits so i would bet on getting checks in a timely matter.
Tons left already in SoCal. Have been feeling the heat already, they have adjusted my route adding 2 stores a day. Good luck out there all. It’s not going to be easy
I'm here in Central California. We had a couple guys leave already to other jobs as well. Most don't think the bonus is worth staying for.
what market are you in? nothing here in the northeast except people leaving to better pastures
