Has anyone received an opt package yet? If yes what is your position with the company?

Agreed with the previous poster. I can also add that some have stated that there will only be 100 jobs to fill post transition. I can tell you that this is ludicrous, though there will still be catastrophic cuts. Jobs should start being posted this month so I’d wait until you see what’s available before fully deciding, that’s if they’re posted before we have to have our opt out decision in.
Lot of fake news here. Some people just like to stir the pot. Don’t believe anybody has received their 60 day notice yet, maybe a part timer but definitely not a psr with tenure. Unless they opted for the option to be first to go. Pretty much everybody in the country is following the same transition process, so don’t believe everything you read here, some young kids just trying to get people nervous. As you get closer, you have the option to ask for early release with bonus package when they start cutting, or opt to stay to the end , where you will have the option to rebid for routes as they reroute as stores drop off, then they will release according to tenure and preferences picked. Everybody will get at least 60 days notice, then package to be signed will come in mail. Call you HR if you dont have official info coming from your dsl/asl. Don’t believe everything you read here. Good luck.
Not as much money as they told us. I’m really p-ss-d off at nestle! I should have just looked for a new job rather than get this b—s— package.
Was it pretty decent?
Yes I just got mine today. I’m a psr guy. Didn’t think I would be the first to go. I have ten year with them. Sounds like they want to get rid of the psr route guys first. 60 days from today and I’m done.
