Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Fungible raised $200m

it means, Juniper can't buy this company as it has to pay at least $1B to investors. Glad that it is not 2nd contrail. Contrail is an acquisition on purely internal politics.

How can you join in the fun at fungi-bubble?
Do you have to be smart?
Naaaah, just be s-xy, and be ready to lift up your skirt and bend over a table in a conference room.

Contrail raised $10M in one round of funding, to be sold at $174M. They had zero patents. Most will agree what contrail built was a promise and not hardly a product, and juniper got duped when they bought into it. PS was not a founder of Contrail.

In contrast, Fungible has raised $292M so far in three rounds, and has already been awarded 2 patents, and PS is a founder, which is positive.

It appears building a multi-billion dollar company with PS and Fungible, is more realistic than the group that started Contrail.

Time will tell!

Is fungible taking engineers away from Juniper?

¯_(ツ)_/¯

PS will find a way to get fungible acquired by Juniper, only if they fail at building a successful and profitable business. Had contrail built anything that worked, it would have grown on its own, instead of conning its way into juniper to destroy the company, the culture, and the products.
