All the shops unionized under different unions with different contracts. Their is no strength in numbers, one company, one union. Major Fail
I think its time for union reps to head to Texas.

Yes, there are contractors everywhere, but MUCH LESS in union shops. The reason for this is that it is written in their contracts, that in house techs will be the primary work force. Let’s not forget guys that these are the first contracts & that it’s a very good start for us. We will only continue to grow & get stronger when our next contracts are ratified. Let’s just face the facts, the only way we can continue to work here is if it’s in writing in a CBA. Can someone please tell me the advantages of being an at will employee VS being a union tech, & please don’t be a clown 🤡 & say union dues.
Here's the issue. Its not all the same union. Cwa, ibew. Different contracts in each shop.
Taking the VRP bye!
CT YOU BETTER GET OFF YOUR A$$es big changes are coming
There is zero strength...All contracts are separated by the depot. You’re united in your depot, not in the company...see the light
What are you talking about, there are contractors EVERYWHERE!!!
