Here at my depot, we have no idea where we stand on Miles App or EDQ Numbers. Our DSL is worthless. Anybody else in the dark about these numbers?

Ask. If you have not asked you are holding yourself in dark.
If no response then you have grounds to ask from other sources.
need to document everything take pictures of handheld screens etc. call local hr and say something sounds like he doesnt care about your retention bonus only his a-- if your below 95% its not easy to make it up in 60 days. but maybe they are being told not to do their jobs. dont trust nestle.
