How do some tech managers get away with what they do? After HR investigations regarding multiple employees about similar scenarios where this guy's in the wrong all day long, and he walks every single time clean and unscaled. I left and am happy but still here what he's doing to other techs with his indirect BS punishment after an employee makes him have to work a bit or if he has to explain a report on a matrix.... Yo a-- is driving 300 + miles with 9 service calls on a daily basis till he's satisfied. What a lazy fat pile of dog snit.
