If you apply to an internal role and receive a FORMAL offer for that job and decline it. You will lose your severance pay.
Work with HR rep and Manager to insure you know the terms of the offer prior to the FORMAL offer being made.

That statement is a funny movie quote. Lighten up Francis
The statement below is exactly why youre where your at. Its only $45 to me! Nestle was way overpaying for the job. When DSD jobs paid 70k-80k, you had to do it all. Order product, load your truck, merch on the weekend. Didn't have 3 to 4 layers in there. Reps either worked their asses off or didn't last. The market bears 45k-55k at most of the major companies with the same infrastructure as Nestle DSD. Those companies have kept their cost of sales at or below 23% leaving room for profit. "Time to Sell" ??? What a joke that is. It's like a race the minute any of you punch in. Who can be done the fastest! I never heard one Nestle rep sell for a display. Only heard the " We are programmed for a door" LMAO if you think that's selling!
There are no good jobs out there. Unless you want to work 40 hours a weekk.
by the way it wasnt the reps leaving the shelves empty nestle found out early on that they were is over their heads so lets reroute and cut service to stores instead of increase. lets cut merch and let reps do it . great idea except the reps dont want to screw themselves with a constant barrage of 300 case days putting up everyone at stores, leads to no time to sell just get home safe and do it again. not really much difference between a 50000 week and 60000 week for the reps about 45 dollars and 13 hours of work ok 3.45 and hour. sounds like a company everyone would want to work for.
I'm just wondering if all you douchebags think you will get good jobs like you had at Nestle. Milking the clock, leaving shelves empty and not taking the initiative to go out and take care of stores when merchandising hours weren't available is what cost you your jobs..
Nestle dsd reps are soft and were riding the shirtails of Drumstick and Digiorno..
No one will miss any of you in the field!!
there are no jobs available except for a rocket engineer at the drum stick plant , again look outside the company 4,000 fired employee looking for 1 opening not a good percentage .you have a better chance at powerball than getting rehired by nestle at this point
This was in the paperwork we received. 🤔
Exactly, like the guy said, what the ‘clearly packet’ says. ????? Lol
Boy George once said, "Karma Chameleon."
Thanks for repeating what the CLEARLY packet says.
That’s great advice!!
